REQUIREMENTS

 

Complete Designer / Boutique

Showcase Release Form

 

Pay the production fee for the showcase

 

Provide brand / company logo (PNG File)

 

Provide apparel & hangers

 

Provide full names of your two production assistants

 

Provide Professional photo of a garment from your 

collection / boutique for your custom digital flyer to

market your show, using the hashtag #BFWLA

 

List of any photographers / videographers that

will be taking footage during your showcase.  

Media agreement and submission of all

images of showcase is required by each

photographer / videographer.

 

List of VIP guests.  

NOTE: Media guests that are to be seated

must be register as media.

non-refundable production fee by May 19
